CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read over my policies below so you know how and when to cancel if the need arises in the future. Understand that I will follow the policy below if I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you have any questions, you can contact me at (260)440-1384. CANCELLATIONS: If anything comes up and you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I require at least 48 hours notice so I have time to fill your space. I do understand that emergencies can happen and will use my discretion on whether or not to waive the fee. All clients who cancel within 48 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee based on the service scheduled. “No-shows” will be charged 100% of the service amount scheduled. I will respectfully decline any future appointments with anyone who no-shows. RESCHEDULING: If you need to reschedule your appointment please contact me at (260)440-1384. If you are outside of the cancellation policy of 48 hours no fees will be charged.
